The Montreal Esprit Triathlon Run course and almost entirely run around the Olympic Basin in Montreal. The course starts with a flat 2k dirt road section that is only completed on the first lap. The remaining loops circle the basin for a total of 9 laps. This course is completely flat and has excellent course support with numerous water stops and friendly volunteers.
